Using this program IdeaTek Telcom can remotely see and control your desktop.
This method will allow us to work with you and directly access your computer, allowing quicker and more convenient resolution to certain IdeaTek issues you may be experiencing.
This is a one time use program. It does not install on the computer and does not run without your consent.

Instructions for Internet Explorer (other browsers vary slightly but should work fine)

- It should prompt you to either Run or Save the program.

Once successfully downloaded, click Run
- If a security warning opens just click Run
- The program should run and list an ID and Password, which you will relay to the Customer Service Representative helping you.
