Using this program IdeaTek/Wildflower can remotely see and control your desktop
This method will allow us to do all of the work for you and save you time.

Instructions for Internet Explorer 6 (other browsers vary slightly but work fine)  

  1. Click the above link
  2. When the download window opens click "Save"
  3. Click on "Desktop" on the left side of the window
  4. Click the "Save" button in the lower right corner
  5. When the download completes click "Run"
    • If a security warning opens just click "Run"
  6. Now double click the name of the technician that is helping you
  7. The technician will take care of the rest from here

-NOTE- This program can ONLY be activated by you.
IdeaTek/Wildflower cannot access your computer, unless
you run this program and double click a technicians name.

 Remote support will work with most computers running
Microsoft Windows 9x/ME, 2000/3 or XP
We are currently testing a MAC Remote Support Tool
This tool is a BETA and is only compatible with MAC OS X on a high speed connection.

Some computers will not allow this program to work, this can be caused
by software or hardware problems, in this case we will not be able to
remotely troubleshoot your problem using this program.
