Using this program IdeaTek/Wildflower can remotely see and control your desktop
This method will allow us to do all of the work for you and save you time.

Instructions:
- Click the above link.
- When the download completes, run the downloaded file.
- You should see this Screen
- Enter the IP that the technician gives you
- Click Connect
- No other options should be changed.
- When the technician is done he will shut down the application
which will return control to you. You can then either delete the
downloaded file or keep it for later use.
-NOTE-
This program can ONLY be activated by you.
IdeaTek/Wildflower cannot access your computer, unless
you run this program and connect to a technician's IP address.

This is a BETA of MAC Remote Support
This program is still in the testing phase and may or may not work with your system
Some computers will not allow this program to work, this can be caused
by software or hardware problems, in this case we will not be able to
remotely troubleshoot your problem using this program.
